Meador.   Bernard  is preceded in death by his wife Nancy P. Meador who passed away August 15, 2010 shortly after their celebration of 61 years of marriage.  He was a kind and loving husband and father. He is survived by his daughter D. Susan Meador of Richmond, son Mark B. Meador and his wife Marcia of Lanexa, VA, and grandson Matthew T.
