You may have heard of high-pressure tactics being used to sell pre-funded funeral and cremation services. We do not use these. We do not employ full-time pre-need arrangers, who rely on commission sales for their livelihood. The pre-need arrangers you will meet here at Burch-Messier are John Messier and Chris Burch, co-owners of the funeral home, who will give options and advice in a non-threatening environment; either in the comfort of your home or the warmth of the funeral home.
